The KitchenAid food scale is a high-performance scale that features a double platform design. With two different weighing surfaces, it can handle larger amounts up to 11 pounds in 0.1 oz increments, such as flours, as well as smaller amounts of 16 ounces in 0.001 oz increments for ingredients like yeast and spices. This ensures perfect accuracy for scratch baking.

The ultra-precise scale's two platforms can work together or independently, and a dual reading backlit display shows both weights. Each platform also has a Tare feature to zero out weights of containers or reset the display between ingredients. The stainless steel platforms are easy to clean by simply wiping them down with a damp cloth. The slim design allows for easy storage.
